Here are a couple of pre-formatted tables with simple styles that you can adapt for your own use.

This style requires the use of images to create the rounded corners. Everything you need is in the RAR file. Open the HTML file in a text or HTML editor and add the text in the indicated area. The background colour of the table can also be easily changed.

This style is completely controlled by HTML and style elements, so it's a little more difficult to make changes unless you have a reasonable understanding of these formats. So, I've included three colour options.
